The Board of Chiefs of the Boonton Fire Department is made up of three chiefs: Chief, Deputy Chief and Battalion Chief. The individuals who hold these offices are from three of the five individual companies. Although chiefs are elected annually, tradition holds to two-year terms in each position.

Past Chiefs, since 1891

The Past Chiefs of the Boonton Fire Department have all served as Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief and finally as Chief. This signifies a six year commitment by each of the these individuals. This page is dedicated to these men in honor of their service to the Boonton Fire Department and the town.
